Hello! I’m Emily Hills, PT, DPT, a dedicated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist passionate about individualized and holistic care. With 8+ years of experience, I specialize in your core health including prenatal/postnatal care, pelvic pain, urinary/fecal incontinence, prolpase, sexual dysfunction, perimenopausal, etc. My approach combines evidence-based practice with a deep commitment to understanding each patients unique needs and goals.
I believe in power of connection and strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel empowered and understood.
When I am not in the clinic you can find me enjoying precious moments with my wonderful family-my supportive husband and tow amazing kids. I have a zest for outdoor adventures, whether it’s hitting the trails on my mountain bike, exploring new wine tasting adventures, or embarking on backpacking excursions to reconnect with nature.

Hi, I’m Ciera! I am a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist and Assistant Professor at the University of Indianapolis. I currently treat any pelvic health concern; pre/postnatal, urinary/bowel dysfunction, breast or gynecological cancer, prostate cancer, testicular/male pelvic pain, hip, low back and beyond. Any and all pelvises are welcome here!
My goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and capable of recovery no matter what brings you to the clinic. So often I hear my clients talk about the lackluster care they received from traditional health care models, and I am deeply is committed to changing that one person at a time.
Graduating from the University of Indianapolis in 2018 with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy, I have spent the last 6+years specializing in pelvic health. In 2021 I earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, followed by my Board Certification in Women’s Health Physical Therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2022. I am also a Lead TA through Herman & Wallace, where I assists with Lab Education for rehab professionals in pelvic health.
When I’m is not in the clinic you can find me hiking, camping, reading, or cooking with my partner Renardo and our two golden doodles, Mozie and Belle.
